Founder
With more than 25 years’ experience in the entertainment industry, Angela is recognised for her deep industry knowledge, global connections and data-driven insights on the Australian and New Zealand markets. Angela is known for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the entertainment sector.
Angela formed Antix Management in 2007 to support international and domestic producers with sales and ticketing strategy for live events across Australia and New Zealand. Antix Management is currently contracted to provide sales strategy and ticketing management services to a range of first class live events, including Disney's Beauty and The Beast, The Book of Mormon, TINA - The Tina Turner Musical, SIX – The Musical, and Les Miserables – The Arena Spectacular.
In 2019, Angela partnered with fellow industry veteran, Jo Michel to produce the Ticketing Australia Conference - an education led industry wide annual conference dedicated to supporting, innovating, and advancing the field of live event ticketing.
2023 saw Angela partner with industry powerhouse Lizzie Coles to form TicketHive providing a broader range of services to events of any scale.
Prior to forming Antix Management, Angela held positions with Disney Theatrical Productions, Backrow Productions and Ticketek Pty Ltd.
Angela Higgins
General Manager
As the General Manager of specialist ticketing consultancy Antix Management, Laura brings more than 16 years of expertise in the ticketing and events sector.
Prior to joining Antix Management Laura held positions with major Australian concert promoter Chugg Entertainment, Australia’s largest ticketing company Ticketek Pty Ltd, MTV Networks and M Agency.
Laura has broad experience managing ticketing strategies for concert tours, musicals, festivals and venues, having worked on the Australian tours of artists such as Radiohead, Coldplay, Prince and Elton John.
Since joining Antix Management, Laura has overseen strategy for a range of first-class musicals including Les Misérables, Disney’s Aladdin the Musical, and TINA – The Tina Turner Musical.
Laura is committed to driving innovation and change while helping her team to achieve success on behalf of Antix Management’s broad stable of clients.

Senior Account Manager
A seasoned entertainment industry leader, Zorica brings over 25 years of ticketing expertise in the live entertainment and sporting industries globally.
Zorica has held roles with Ticketek Pty Ltd, Ticketmaster Australasia and the Australian Rugby Union. Internationally she has experience at the Prince Edward Theatre (UK), Hammersmith Apollo (UK) and Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine (Canada).
As Senior Account Manager at Antix Management, Zorica has spearheaded ticketing and sales strategies for entertainment powerhouses including The Walt Disney Company, LWAA, Newtheatricals, GWB Entertainment, Global Creatures and Jones Theatrical Group.
Past projects include Disney’s Aladdin The Musical (Australia & NZ), MAMMA MIA! 10th Anniversary Tour (Australia), Billy Elliot The Musical (Australia), Come From Away (Australia), An American in Paris (Australia), Moulin Rouge! The Musical (Australia) and Groundhog Day The Musical (Australia).
Currently, Zorica leads sales and ticketing operations for two major productions: SIX the Musical (Australia & NZ) with Louise Withers And Associates and The Book of Mormon (Australia) with Jones Theatrical Group.

Ticketing Manager & Pricing Analyst
Kate has worked in the events industry for over 20 years and is expert in all things tickets. Kate has experience representing the ticketing companies, the venues and the promoter. Thus, she has a broad knowledge-base in all aspects of event management services. Kate has worked on large scale productions, long running theatrical and musical seasons. She has a thorough knowledge of customer behaviour, sales patterns and ticket choice. Kate is well-versed in all ticketing platforms including Ticketmaster, Ticketek and Humanitix. At Antix, Kate manages and maximises ticketing inventory for long-running productions. She is thrilled to join the Antix team, managing the national tour of Disney’s Beauty and The Beast and The Lion King.

With a strong background in the performing arts and a passion for creating memorable experiences, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
With over 15 years of experience as a dance teacher, Rebecca has honed her skills in nurturing and inspiring students of all ages. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to foster a love for dance have made her a respected figure in the industry. Over the past decade, her involvement in the local community theatre scene in the Blue Mountains has allowed her to showcase her talents and dedication to the performing arts.
Since joining Antix Management in early 2023, Rebecca has contributed to the success of notable productions such as Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Groundhog Day the Musical, TINA - The Tina Turner Musical, SIX the Musical, Les Misérables The Arena Spectacular, Pretty Woman The Musical and The Book of Mormon Musical.
She has also taken an active role in assisting with the organisation of the Ticketing Australia Conference. With her meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills, Rebecca plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of these industry-leading events.
With her combined experience in the performing arts, dance education, and her role at Antix Management, Rebecca continues to make a meaningful impact in the entertainment industry. Her unwavering dedication, creative vision, and collaborative approach make her a valuable asset to any production or team she is a part of.

Nina brings more than seven years of experience across operations and customer experience, including overseeing international expansion and leading high‑performing service teams. With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, she ensures every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from first interaction to final curtain.
With a background in the performing arts—specialising in drama and dance—Nina has worked both on stage and behind the scenes. This dual perspective gives her a deep appreciation for the craft, care, and precision required to deliver an exceptional audience experience. She brings a people‑first, detail‑driven approach to ticketing, ensuring every guest’s journey is as enjoyable as the performance itself.

Claire Miller
Ticketing Coordinator
Claire brings more than seven years of experience working backstage across a range of mainstage productions, spanning wardrobe and stage management. With a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent experiences, she has developed a deep appreciation for the craft, care, and precision required to bring a production to life.
Having worked across both back of house and front of house in theatre—as well as in corporate law firms—Claire offers a holistic perspective and a genuine appreciation for every element of a show, ensuring nothing is overlooked. This dual vantage point informs her people-first, detail-driven approach to her work.
Claire is thrilled to be joining the Antix team, assisting with the coordination of the national tour of Disney's The Lion King and other projects.
Office/Conference Manager
Ash is the backbone of Antix Management, keeping daily operations and the team running in top form. With a keen eye for design and detail, she also works closely with account managers on opening night management and collateral.
In recent years, Ashleigh has stepped into the role of Conference Manager, overseeing the annual Ticketing Australia Conference. Her passion for events and creativity shines through in her meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills, and she's renowned for streamlining processes and balancing multiple responsibilities with grace and finesse.
Since joining Antix Management in 2012, Ashleigh has been involved with The Lion King, Matilda The Musical (Australian Tour), Les Misérables, The Mousetrap, A Murder Is Announced, Fawlty Towers, Georgy Girl, Ghost the Musical, Kinky Boots, Aladdin The Musical, MAMMA MIA! 10th Anniversary Tour (Australia), Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Australia), Billy Elliot The Musical (Australia), Come From Away (Australia), Frozen The Musical, Moulin Rouge!
